The Basics

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout and all cost will be shown in the cart.

Domestic:

Ground Advantage: 2-5 days

Priority Mail: 2-3 days

Priority Mail Express: 1-3 days

International:

First-class Package International: Delivery estimate given once order is shipped based on delivery address.

Priority Mail International: 6-10 days

Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 days

Order Processing Time

​

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of being placed.  Holidays and weekends are not included as a business day.

Delivery Address

​

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

International Orders

​

Your package may be subject to import duties or taxes.  You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.  We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website.  These fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

​

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.  You will be able to track your package via the carrier's website.
